Thesis deals with the reporting of sustainability development and its mode of administration of regular reports. The first section contains information ofsustainability development and a summary of the approach of the UN and the EU to sustainability development, which influenced business attitudes to the disclosure of periodic results using standardized reporting of sustainability. The second part analysis the situation of companies in the administration report brewing on sustainability and social responsibility. The aim is to develop recommendations for the creation of reports on sustainable development and social responsibility on the basis of previous analyzes and evaluation of their development.
Elaboration of quality manual for aqua-chemical laboratories

The thesis is oriented on working-out of the quality manual for hydrochemical laboratory conformable with standards ISO 9000 and 16000. The quality manual describes principles and working processes for utilisation in standard audited and accredited hydrochemical laboratory. It is focused on management system of quality created in laboratory in conformity with standard ČSN EN ISO 9001. It presents basic information about politics and goals of laboratory´s quality. In the practical part of the thesis, there are reviews of various Standards operation procedure, which are components of the Quality Manual.

Quality management in chemical laboratories

The bachelor‘s thesis is oriented on system management of quality and his function in chemical analytical laboratories. In the literary part the space is devoted to analysis of development and perspective in chemical‘s operating in organization with experimental laboratories and with laboratories occuring as independent unit. The meaning of implementing system management of quality is processed according to requierement of standard CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and we monitored the effect of QMS on provide quality services and products. The tools of management quality for safety quality are mentioned in terms of bachelor’s thesis. In practical part the handbook of quality is worked out for fictive laboratory ICQS which deal with analysis of water in harmony with standard CSN EN ISO 9001:2009.
Certifikation of Metrology Laboratory

This bachelor’s thesis considers certification problems of Metrologic laboratory. Individual ISO standards (9000, 9001, 9004, 19011) needed for certification of companies are analysed in it. Also in this thesis there is elaborated manual of quality for Metrological laboratory of company Alfa. Further on I elaborate here schedule for calibration of devices in Excel with automatic monitoring of state and at last I check up management of Metrologic laboratory from the view of external auditor.
The role of quality management system in a Ghanaian bank

Access Bank is an international bank with its headquarters in Nigeria and subsidiaries in over 12 countries. The research was focuses on Access Bank Ghana. In 2018, the Government of Ghana sanctioned most under-performing bank which led to the collapse of some banks and other joining together as a consolidation, however, Access Bank Ghana Limited was able to meet all government requirements and has won many awards for quality customer service. This study will focus on the process analysis of QMS in the customer service department of Access Bank Ghana to ascertain the effectiveness of quality in the bank, to identify the key issues in quality and propose solutions based on findings. Fifty (50) employees from the customer service department of the bank were sampled using the purposive sampling method and a research questionnaire was designed for primary data collection. The findings showed that quality processes are effective in the bank thus top management involvement in QMS process, quarterly review of quality processes for continual improvement and education of employees. However, most employees have no knowledge about the bank’s ISO 9001 certification. In as much as this achievement of the bank was printed on the organization website and in the media, there was little awareness created internally for employees in the customer service unit. It was evident that employees do receive trainings on the company’s policies, but they had little knowledge about the essence of such trainings. Pearson’s Chi square test was used to show the relationship between employee working status and the effectiveness of QMS. Test results showed that employee working status has no relationship with the effective role of QMS in Access Bank Ghana Limited. The number of years an employee has been working in the bank also had no relationship with the effectiveness of QMS. The study sought the opinion of respondents from selected effective QMS criteria using a Likert Scale. Access Bank Ghana Limited has demonstrated its commitment to ensuring high-quality services and efficiency through the adoption of the ISO 9001:2008 QMS standard. It is recommended that; the bank prioritizes employee recognition, customer satisfaction, regular internal audits, and customer satisfaction surveys to continually improve its QMS. By implementing these recommendations, Access Bank Ghana Limited can maintain its competitiveness and reputation in the market, while meeting clients' demands and expectations.

This diploma thesis "Quality Management in the Selected Company" is focused on the quality management system in an international company, which is located in České Budějovice. The aim of this thesis is to suggest changes and recommendations for achieving higher level in current applied quality management system. Based on results from analysis of the chosen QMS areas, the respective suggestions were proposed. Based on the information from theoretical review, internal document analysis, interviews with the high management representatives and data analysis, various changes were suggested. All with one goal: establishing, keeping and continuously improving the quality management system which helps to ensure a prosperous and effectively working organisation with a stable position in the market where the organisation is present.

The thesis deals with the proposal to introduce a quality management system. In the first part of the thesis is done a literature search in the field of quality management systems (QMS). In the second part is described possibility of implementation of QMS in company DIEFFENBACHER. In the third part is done SWOT analysis for company DIEFFENBACHER. There are defined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on this analysis is elaborated a strategy. In the fourth part is described process of implementation of QMS. In the last part of the thesis is a feedback and overall efficiency of implementation of the entire QMS for company DIEFFENBACHER DCZ.
